Which vehicle do I need?
It depends on the weight and size of your load and the access at each end. Tell us what you are moving and we will recommend a truck, tempo or mini-truck.
How much will it cost?
The price depends on the vehicle, distance, load, number of stops and any loading help. You get a written quote before you book.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, or online through our payment partner using UPI, cards or net banking, against a confirmed booking or invoice. We will never ask for your OTP, PIN or CVV.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and any advance is refunded in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for later cancellations.
Is there anything you can't carry?
We do not carry explosives, undocumented hazardous goods, illegal items, cash or jewellery, or live animals. Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions has the full list.
